iAqualink Shows Pump "(offline)"

Hi everyone (see photos)

I'm out of the country and have my dad at my house. Starting yesterday, he let me know he first hear the pool pump running and wasn't sure why.

When I log into my iAqualink system, it shows the system offline. Never seen this status before. Everything seems to look right on my end but he says the pump isn't running and it shows offline.

Two questions

1. How can I fix this? Anything I can do remotely? I had Dad cycle the system from service to timeout and back to auto and he's confirmed none of my breakers have tripped

2. What can I have him do to prevent a swamp? I'm home in two days and having him add liquid chlorine and stir/scrub the pool a few times a day

Power off Aqualink mostly. But also you could power off the pump if that doesn't fix it. Usually when I get this, I turn the pump off in Aqualink and turn it back on and it clears it.

I tried turning pump off and on. Maybe a dumb question, but how do I cycle the power for aqualink?
