Well, at least they acknowledged there is an issue. So we got that going for us. Which is nice.
iAqualink cloud outage?

I emailed support Saturday. The last time this happened if was a few days before service was restored.
Caddyshack reference? We're starting out with the bar pretty low if it's an achievement when the vendor realizes and accepts the fact their cloud app is fubar'd.

Just got this from tech support:
We are experiencing a server outage with our iAqualink systems. We are working hard on a resolution and we appreciate your patience as we work through this.
In order to assure that you are able to come online when the connection to the server is reestablished, make sure of the following:
-Both the Red and Yellow lights on the antenna are on and solid (If not see below)
-Be sure that your system is powered on and the system is in auto mode
If your antenna has a flashing yellow light you will need to follow the steps in the attached guide to connect your device to the internet.

My I Aqua link is hard-wired from my modem after no help from the installer on getting it wirelessly connected. So I knew it wasn't because it wasn't connected to the internet. It JUST started working now, so hopefully this will be resolved SOON!
I was able to get mine connected by changing my router settings to use Google's DNS rather than the Xfinity's default DNS. For anybody interested the Google DNS values are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
Just got a call back from support, informing me that they're back online. My pool shows online now.
Me too. At first I thought it was me changing my DNS to Google's per texasbrew but then I changed it back and rebooted the router to check and it stayed connected. So I guess they fixed it.
Well, just in case it was a DNS issue, our iAqualink was up all weekend using Pi-hole for DNS rather than Google or AT&T, etc.

Just turn off the breaker out at the equipment pad. Wait about 30 seconds before flipping it back on.
