I was able to get mine connected by changing my router settings to use Google's DNS rather than the Xfinity's default DNS. For anybody interested the Google DNS values are 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
How do you reset power?I have had more frequent connections issues than normal for a good week. But resetting power on the Aqualink has fixed it every time, including this morning's non-connection. Both App and Web connections are working now.
