IAquaLink App... Error

I am also having same problem and I tried everything above and still only getting red dot when using the iphone Iaqualink app.. I even bought a new WIFI unit and upgraded to the 3.0. The unit gets on line, when I log in with the computer it says system connected and working properly, but with the app I only get red dot and unable to change setting or control anything. I tried in both Auto and Service modes but no change. I am not thinking maybe a motherboard problem? anyone else had this problem?

Welcome to TFP
This appears to be a connection issue with your phone app if your computer can logon to the AquaLink.
I would log out of the phone app then log back in.

You have to login with the same credentials as you do on your computer.

The system has to be in Auto mode to allow any remote access.
