IAquaLink 3.0 not turning on Spa at times

Hi all, new member here I have the weirdest situation. I have a brand new IAquaLink 3.0 installed, pentair intelliflo vsf installed 3 years ago and brand new pentair actuators. The issue I’m having is sometimes (most times) when in auto mode the Spa doesn’t come on when I turn it on, sometimes it does it very weird, the times it doesn’t turn on in auto I can start it in service mode. In auto mode I hear the click the actuator turns but the pump doesn’t run. Amy ideas would be appreciated as Jandy hasn’t been able to figure it out.

Are you manually trying to turn the spa on, or are you trying to have it run at a scheduled time?
