Our iAqualink has been working flawlessly for over two years. Yesterday I decided to reschedule all of the equipment. I even went through the procedure of clearing all of the memory. The problem which is occuring after the reschedule is that my device aux6AcidPump is activated at 0600 when it is not scheduled until 0700. The problem is that my SWCG aux7 is scheduled at that time and is also activated. Two years ago we added three more contact breakers to the Aqualink RS6 to give me the ability to add two Stenner pumps and the SWCG. We did however keep the original indoor panel attached. Any ideas?

Post your schedule (print screen).

With a memory clear it's possible some of your aux ports aren't assigned properly to jvas.

I reassigned all of the jva’s and auxilaries to the proper aux. On the aux 6 it is sheduled to run 4 times per day and is activating at those times but it is also activating at one unscheduled time 0600.

Screen shots of all schedules.

Just curious. Why do you schedule your SWCG on for an hour then off for an hour. Does the Astral SWCG not have its own off cycle?

Astral does not have a scheduling capability. I decided to run the SWCG for 12 hours @ 40% but instead of scheduling a continuous 12 hour run I wanted to spread that 12 hours over 24 in hopes that the plates in the chlorinator would not heat up as much as would happen if it ran for 12 straight hours. Which, if my research is correct will greatly reduce the calcium buildup on the plates.
