Do you have a SWG? With Salt, it's actually recommended to get the strips to test your Salt levels.
We prefer the Taylor test kit - K-1766. It is a drop test that provides the most accurate results for salt testing.
Oh I had no idea there was a drop test for salt. Is that included in any of the TF-100 test kits? I don't have a SWG but I usually raise my salt level to around 2000ppm.

You must have a salt tester to manage your salt levels and SWG. We recommend the Taylor K-1766 or TFP Salt - Salt
The TF-Pro Salt has the Salt test. I find it best just to purchase the K-1766 from Amazon.

I don't have a swg. I just add salt for feel. I added two 40lb bags from home depot.
no i do not have a SWG. I just add a couple of 40lbs bags. to soften the water.

You need 1500 to 2000 ppm for the feel.
