I ran my cleaner yesterday and took it out of the pool but did not clean it until this morning (too busy yesterday). I found this in the filter basket -



It’s a dive-ring toy. Now the opening on the bottom of the cleaner is just a little bigger than the diameter of the ring but I would have never expected the robot to suck it up. I would have thought it would just run it over or drag it around. Call me impressed....

Maybe I should finally get a robot. Keep telling my son not to leave any toys in the pool. My PoolCleaner doesn't swallow them, just gets stuck with a toy in its throat.

We have those same rings. That's impressive the robot picks those up! I know after my son has friends over to always check the skimmer. I once pulled out like 4-5 toys in there (balls, trucks, dolls, etc.).

Mine keeps sucking up the kids goggles. Much smaller than that, but still bulky compared to leaves and dirt.
