I have "tall main drain covers"

My current pool cleaner "high centers" on the main drains and gets stuck. I apologize, I don't even know what pool cleaner I currently have. I go thru a pool cleaner about once every 2 years as it is run every night for 6 months. It is a commercial pool and I never have time for it to be serviced and it is always out of warranty. Anyone out there know of a pool cleaner that can handle the "hump"
