Hi all,

Hoping to get some clarifications on if this pool can have a skimmer added to it. I see it does not come with one, but feel it would be beneficial with all of the bugs typically get into pools around here.
I have been reading a lot about pucks vs. no pucks and I am not sure what is best?
Shock? Is there a kind I should have? Or should I just have bleach?

Welcome to the forum!
You will be disappointed if a pool does not have a skimmer.
Trichlor pucks are not sustainable, but in your climate you may get away with them if you are willing to drain some pool water every 30-45 days to reduce the CYA. 'Shock' is a process, not a product.
