New to the forums. I live in the South Carolina midlands. Bought a house in 2020 with a not so trouble free pool. It's 21K in ground vinyl, with many problems. Old liner, cracked steps, leaky/cracked skimmer
Needless to say, I've been lurking here for a while.
Most of the pools problems can be attributed to the soil being poorly prepared prior to pouring the pool deck, as the concrete had significant settling which has caused the issues with the stairs and skimmer.
At this point I think the whole thing just needs to be redone.
