I have a system setup with EasyTouch and Screenlogic 2 everything can be used when I am at home and the system can connect directly via WiFi. I have also setup the system with Alexa and that's how I can "control" it when not at home, but the Alexa Skill is a bit unreliable so I am trying to understand how I can control my system remotely without going thru Alexa.

I downloaded the Pentair Screenlogic app, entered the information and mine connects from anywhere.

When I bring use the Screen Logic app on my phone, it defaults to "Local" on the first screen to connect via wi-fi. But I can also select "Remote" on that screen. When I do that, I have the id/pw entered already, and it will sign in via internet connection.
