iC30 was installed last week before we opened our pool. We had a pretty bad algae bloom and are working to clear that out. The manual says to turn off the iC30 when adding salt or anything else, and I think it would be easier to use liquid chlorine for SLAM, but I can't find anywhere how to turn off the SWG. there is no "off" switch, when my pump is on, the SWG is on. I can't see how I can circulate/filter without the SWG. Do I just turn the output alll the way down?

Also I can't get it to go into diagnostic mode after holding the more button down for 3 seconds, did I get a dud?

@Jimrahbe Curious. If you have the built-in/internal SWCG in the intellicenter or easytouch, couldn't you just trip the low voltage breaker and it would shut down the IC?

If so, how in the heck do you actually trip a low voltage breaker. For the life of me, I cannot flip those little breakers.

C,

Exactly why I don't use the little breaker... I have never seen one tripped, so I assume, unlike a normal breaker, you can't manually trip them, you can only reset them once they trip.

Thanks,
