How to freshen wood panels

Getting ready to put this tub in place but I want to replace some of the rotted wood underneath and I need to freshen up the sign panels they look kind of well, here's a pic

What's the best way to clean these up and make them looking new again?

I'd use an exterior semi-transparent stain on them. Maybe scrub them with bleach and water first to even out the color.

I did deck restore and loved it. You can see it at Home Depot. Not sure if you and put it on vertical boards. It made it look like the plastic "wood"

Wondered if its ok to use a power washer or just scrub by hand.

If you do pressure wash just make sure to use the gentlest tip you can. You don't want too aggressive of a tip.

We started power washing our fence, I couldn't believe that the ugly color was all dirt. Underneath it's new again!

Hopefully we get the entire thing clean so we can stain before it gets too cool. Upper 90s this week, 80s next week, 2 weeks later; 70s...
