How to block the noise from a pool pump

I,

If this is your pool pump, you should just buy a VS pump. They are so quiet that you almost have to touch them to make sure they are still running.

If this is your neighbor's pump, good luck. You might want to talk them into a VS pump.

Plus you save a ton on the electric bill. I run by 3 HP pump 24/7 at 1200 RPM most of the time for less than $20 bucks a month. New VS pumps are even more energy efficient.

Thanks,

Jim R.

I do have a variable speed pump - Pentair Intelliflo

I,

The IntelliFlo is considered by most to be the "Gold Standard" of pool pumps.

So, is it your pump that is noisy, or your neighbors???

If your pump, how fast are your running it and why?

Thanks,

Jim R.
