PoolMath is a lot easier to use. It'll just tell you how much of what to add. It'll also allow different strengths of acid.
The demand tests require you to do some figuring. If your pool is some odd number like 23000 then it's 2 * the 10,000 dose plus 3 * the 1,000 dose and converting pints and ounces. And if your acid isn;t the standard 31.45%, you get to factor that, too.
The only advantage to the demand tests is if you are off the scale one either end. The demand test will tell you how much to add to get to the target, but poolmath will only take you from the end of the scale, so it may need multiple additions to get there.
