Need help adjusting manifold pressure on Jandy LXI propane gas valve (see pics). I replaced gas valve and still have Ignition Fault so I used manometer to test input pressure (all ok), but my output pressure is running 7WC instead of 9WC. I removed the black plastic cap and tightened the plastic piece and nothing adjusted. Am I doing it correct? In my pics, the part with the red arrow is what I adjusted. What is the part with the yellow arrow?
