Hello! Welcome to TFP
Is your house on the side where the baja bench is? You always want the lights to be on the side near the house facing away from the house and patio. It looks like the red circles on your drawing show where Id suggest lights.
The only possible change would be at the baja bench? Not sure if it should be on the back wall of the baja or where it shows now? Others with baja shelves may voice their opinions.
On a side note, I would suggest 4' for the depth of the shallow end. 3.5' is just a bit too shallow. 6' is an awkward depth for the deep end since it's too deep for people to stand but too shallow for diving, etc. I'd suggest 5' or commit to a true deep end. I would also add a second skimmer. Have you considered creating a build thread?
Add a light to the reef step centered between the both steps.
Think about having the steps on the reef step across from the spa, this will eliminate one of the steps. Having four steps and the depth of 43” to the reef step wall may stand out and look awkward due to the narrowness of the entry way.
If the spa is to be constructed as per plans everyone using a jet will have to be turned to a side in order to keep their legs from not being on the seat next to them and keeping them inside the foot well. Typically spas are 7’ X 7’ minimum when square so people can have the distance needed between each other. Also consider more than one jet per person, I personally see most commonly three jets for the back and one for the calf’s on the main pump and a second pump for the other double back and calf jets.
What elevation is the spa compared to the pool? As its current layout it’s a +0” and will exchange water with the pool as people enter and exit the spa. Also it’s currently designed as a sit and spin spa to enter and exit, is this what you are wanting?
Consider a second spillway facing the reef step, this adds a lot of visual effects than only one.
