How long and how fast do I need to run pump?

Didn't know you had an overflow or how it is configurable. I don't have one of those.

If you can lower it an inch to get your water level down to 50% of the skimmer opening, do that!
 
I’m not quite sure but it’s at its lowest setting of 50%.
I’m thinking of getting a little creative with the pump speed.
I’m thinking of doing 60 - 65% for an hour or so then 50% for about 3 hours then back to 65% for an hour then back to 50% for 3 or 4 hours.
