How do you clean the pump lid?

My pump lid (9 yrs old) is a bit cloudy/occluded. What can you do to clean it so it will be more clear again?

I don't know what type of pump lid you have, but maybe try some of the ideas listed here for cleaning plastic:

Personally, I'd probably just buy a shiny new one! They don't look too expensive.
