How do I clean this…

Without the dirty water going into the outlet and back into the pool?

I closed my skimmer/drain valves to keep the pump primed. It does not look like I have an outlet valves to shut and I’m concerned if I rinse this out, the water is going to flow through the black filter holder things and back into the pool. What say you?

I'm not familiar with this filter BUT, do you have a moment for a silly question have you check up underneath the outlet plumbing in the indentation for a drainplug?

I see two black 3-way valves that will close water to/from the pad. The second one (after the filter) is also after the heater and SWG. That isolates stuff to an extent. As noted above, your filter should have a drain plug at the bottom. Or, you could simply use a ShopVac and clean everything out while open.

That looks like a Pentair. Isn’t there a drain plug un the bottom? Is so, I remove mine all the way and no problem.
