Did you end up doing an owner build? I am looking into it. A good friend built their own pool in Kingwood and another one in League City. They said to call Azteca for excavation, rebar, and gunite.

I ended up doing a PB build. I didn't mind paying a small premium for them to handle an ambitious project. If I was doing a simple pool, I think an OB would work fine.
