Hopefully this is the correct place; I have an old Nordic Hot tub with 2 motors. motor 1 works as intended. motor 2 does not spin. plugged motor 2 into 1 control and it works, and motor 1 into 2 control does not, so know both motors are good. Is there an easy fix (ie. trasformer/relay/etc) or do I need a new control panel? anything else I can try? only saw one glass tube fuse, it is good.

It could of course be a number of things, but the most likely thing is the relay that controls the pump is bad.
To find out you will have to use a meter and check the input pins to ensure that you have the voltage to drive the motor and then check the coil voltage to see it the relay is being told to close. If the relay is supposed to be closed and is not, then the relay is bad.
If the relay is not being told to close then you will have to see if all the safety features, that could keep the relay open, are satisfied..
If this were my spa, the first thing I would want to do is get the manual and see how it operates...
