Ive just installed a new outdoor above ground Endless Pool the water is well balanced, although the chlorine levels are persistently on the low side, but since filling there is a horrible plastic smell in the water. Even if i dip my hand in it smells, costumes/hair all smell when i get out. It smells like the liner. The cover is off most of the time as we are still building around it.
Any ideas?
