Update on my system. Works well except valves are prone to leaks. One was my fault, I bought a polypropylene needle valve should have been PVC (PP cracked after a couple weeks). And my shut off valve just had too many potential leak joints. So I replaced both.

Replaced needle valve with this pinch valve.
(nothing touches the Clorox, nothing to leak, micrometer type adjustment)

Replaced my shut of with this cheap Home Depot valve.
(barb joint better than compression joints, cheap enough to try)

So far working well. No more leaks (which can mess up flow rate).
