High phosphates, low cya and no chlorine

Welcome to TFP.

Best if the no phos finds its way back to the pool store. There is no need for it.

By shock you mean liquid chlorine?

What is the situation with your pool?

Free chorine .08, FAC .08, PH 7.3,ALK 123, CYA 5, PHOS 1913, I see some whitish algae, otherwise completely clear, added one gallon sanitizer today plu tried vacuuming. That’s as far as I’ve gotten. Running filter 24/7 and have 17,000 gal pool. ABQ. HOT…..

With the money you get back when you return the phos free you need to get your own test kit - Taylor K-2006C or TFT Test Kits Leslie does not sell them and the TFT kit is a better value.

Then follow the SLAM Process step by step without shortcuts. Adding stabilizer and the liquid chlorine is a great first step.
