I'v been a pool operator for 5 years now. Our facility is public with Main pool 150 000 gallons, Leisure pool at 25 000 gallons, two small hot tubs, sauna and a gym. Looking forward to getting some advice as well as helping out if possible.

I saw your other post and this one just now. We focus on residential pools here and although there is a lot of great information and collective knowledge, we may be limited in what we can suggest for these types of "commercial" pools. Not trying to discourage you at all, just wanted to add that FYI.
