The CL test (yellow drops) and the FC and CC test (drops and powder)are totally seperate. The yellow OTO test isnt all that accurate so stick with the FAS-DPD. If that test took 8 drops to go from pink to clear, then your FC is 4ppm. (Assuming you were using a 10ml water sample)

If your CYA (white cloudy tube with the dot on the bottom) is 80ppm then you dont want any more CYA in the water. No more tablets (which have CYA), stick with liquid chlorine. And get some in there fast cause its too low with a CYA of 80ppm.

So I just ran another test:

PH 7.3
FC 5.5
CC 1
TC 6.5
CH 275
TA 60
CA 80
Thats better but your FC is still below minimum. Make sure you always follow this chart:

You can also ignore the reporting and test for TC as its just a math equation of FC and CC = TC.

One other adcice for the future would be to list the CYA as such instead of CA, as that can get confused with calcium.
