How to correct these water test.

The best way is to start over with accurate testing. Pool store testing will fail you every time. We recommend either a TF-100/Series or Taylor K-2006C test kit as linked above. Trying to give advice on store testing is like throwing hand grenades in the dark.

This ^^^^^^^^ You don't show the PH and you can ignore the phosphates - you'll notice those are PPB (billion).
