Help with Return Jet and Skimmer Placement (How many?)

Hi everyone,
I will be having a 16x34 inground pool put in soon, like the one shown in the photo and I would like your opinion as to how many return jets and skimmers there should be and approximately where would you place them? Thanks!

I'm building roughly that size and I have 5 returns and 2 skimmers. Attached is my build and I circled in red the returns and skimmers.

I would want at least 4 returns spaced evenly around the pool.. I like the idea of having two skimmers.. One located at the end of the pool where the wind would blow the debris most of the time. And the other located where the wind blows the other times..
