Help with Pentair Pool app

Hello,
Today a new computer board was installed on my pool equipment and the installer installed the "Pentair Pool" (NOT Pentair Home) iPhone app as well.
I'm able to do most things, but when I go online and try to read manuals or look at videos, my app (which was freshly downloaded today) is different from all the instructions I'm reading and seeing.
For example, I can find no way to do a "Delay Cancel". I'm also looking for the setting to enable or disable the "Freeze Guard". I've been working at this for hours, it looks like these features are hard to find.

Pentair POOL is just a rebranding changing the name of the Pentair HOME app.

What system are we discussing - EasyTouch or IntelliCenter?

Overall, the Pentair app is not the easiest to use.

I think it's more than just a "rebranding”, I found videos online showing how to use “Pentair HOME”, it is significantly different than the “Pentair Pool” app I am trying to learn. Even when I go to the Pentair website, it shows videos for the obsolete “Pentair HOME”. I found my way to Advanced Settings, where I discovered the settings for the Freeze Guard. But I saw no enable, or disable setting. My primary effort right now is to find “Delay Cancel". I used this frequently on my old system Pentair.

Most apps are constantly updated to "improve" them. Sometimes, those improvements temporarily confuse users.

I cannot see the app changes since my pool is closed for the winter.

I use the web app—intelliCenter2.com—more than the phone app. It is easier to find settings to change.

Thanks!! intelliCenter2.com on my Mac is easier than iPhone.
The website has various built-in manuals. I did find a discussion about “Delay Cancel" the problem is, it's in a section they call “Advanced System Configuration” I don't see that anywhere on the website, or on my iPhone.

As you know, when you call for the Cleaner, there's a four or five minute delay before it will start. However, if I know the pump has been running a long time I will cancel the delay of the cleaner starting. This is what I've been searching for many hours.

I have found you can do everything on the Outdoor Control Panel. However, some functions are not in the app and others are not in IntelliCenter2. The app seems to be missing the most functions.

I have a pressure cleaner with a 5-minute delay and never bother finding where to cancel the delay.

You should be able to cancel the delay at the OCP and it may be missing from the app.
