Help with Jandy Aqualink RS PDA - PS4

All - I have this Jandy Aqualink RS - PDA/PS4 that controls my pool pump, heater, etc. This has been acting strange of late.
whenever I switch from Pool to Spa mode, I notice the override switches are not working. If I power it down for a while then it is fine.
also the start/shutdown times are not correct as well.

Is there a way to troubleshoot this or do I need to upgrade?

By override switches you mean the AUX buttons under the LEDs on the outside panel?

Have you opened up the low voltage top panel and taken a look at the back of the board?

You may want to spray some contact cleaner on the board where the buttons are.
 
The handheld PDA wont work. I cant turn on or off the filter pump, etc. Similarly when I press Service or Auto buttons on the panel, it wont work.
Only way to control is directly on the main power switch. All started working fine after I switched the whole thing down overnight.

If the entire system is frozen until you reboot it by power cycling then the board probably needs replacement.
