Help With Jacuzzi Testing Numbers

Here are my numbers after filling it a week ago and then testing/adding stabilizer and liquid chlorine. I started low on the stabilizer so I just added more right now. along with liquid chlorine. Is this high of PH a concern for a spa? I am using liquid chlorine at 10% grade and I keep the temperature at 90 degrees F typically when not in use. Why is the FC daily target in pool math different from what we want to maintain the FC level? What figure should I put in there? What would you do first with these numbers? Thank TFP!!

CH: 175
TA: 150
CYA: 20

Yes, I was just looking for a little advice. Reading that was a lot to take it. And Iam still a little confused on what I should do first based on these numbers. I just rechecked my CYA after adding some yesterday morning and its at 40.
