Help with Intelliflo3 programming please

I’m trying to program mi Intelliflo3 to run at 35gpm speed continuously, but then ramp up to 50% for 1 hour each day. I built the program shown in the attached picture, but the pump doesn’t ramp up to 50% at 8am as planned. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

Is 50% faster than 35gpm? When two speeds overlap, the pump will run at the higher of the two speeds.

You may wish to express all your speeds in the same units (either RPM or GPM), so it will always be obvious which speed is highest

For my pump, 50% is higher than 35 gpm.
I’ll change them to be the same units and see what happens.

A program that is setup to run GPM has priority over a program setup to run RPM. So if the schedules overlap, the GPM program wins. If multiple GPM programs are scheduled to run at the same time, the higher setting will win. And in most cases 50% would result in more than 35gpm, but its purely dependent on the headloss of the system.
