I asked for that! The builder told me they have a new tech and these skimmers are supposedly so efficient that I only need one.

what happens if the single or breaks or gets clogged? Etc etc etc.

Before it comes up also, I had asked about the return and light on the sun shelf. They told me there isn’t enough space so we put a light near it instead. He said the bubblers act as returns as well. Hopefully that’ll be enough…he said ill have to get my own pour-a-lid from Amazon (he sent a link of the product I’ll need) then give it to them when it’s the appropriate time bec they don’t do that in their contract.

Ok, then the overflow has got to go somewhere. Ask where the overflow goes. Otherwise running out to drain your pool in the rain is something I would be very frustrated with. Perhaps others in Austin have a suggestion

Hello! Just a quick status update. Excavation started last Friday. Today, almost a week later, they are starting steel work. Things are moving pretty fast!
