After to many calls and cancelled appointments I decided to try and tackle a leak on my own. I've finally demoed a step to get to it and sadly found the leak coming from the spa wall.

Before I take out more of the deck and drill it out and replumb is there any way to fix this?

I cannot understand what pipe or joint the arrow is pointing to.

Is the leak from a joint?

Exactly where is it leaking?

What is the leaking pipe on the other side?

Thanks for taking a look, really appreciate it. The water appears to be leaking out from the bottom of the 90 degree elbow.

Attached is a pic of the other side, the middle jet in the picture is the one directly on the other side of the plumbing mess. I also ran a scope down the jet and its hit's a T fitting not the 90-degree bend.

I filled the spa up again today and noticed, with the pump running it doesn't appear to leak and I'm getting a air sucking sound, as soon as the pump is shut off it start leaking. Is this possibly just the aerator for the jet where I could just cut can plug it?

Is the leak at the joint of a 90 degree fitting or is it at the joint of the T which connects the air line and water line to the jet? The leak could be on the air line joint.

Do you have that leaking joint exposed?

Read here about the marine epoxy joint repair - PVC Repair - Further Reading Reverse the directions and put the epoxy on with the pump running and see if the air sucks it into the joint.

Just to close the loop in case anyone else runs into it. The break ended up being on the back side of the elbow and was the airline to the jets. I ended up chiseling a bit into the wall to fully expose the elbow, then partially cut it and unwelded the rest of it to save the pipe since I would have had to really bust out a lot to get a coupler on there. Made sure that was the issue with a bung. Just replumbed so hopefully I didn't screw up any joints and should be leak free tomorrow, with only cement/concrete work left.

Fingers crossed for an airtight seal. Good luck!

Glad you figured it out. From the description of the leak behavior it sounded like it was an air line.
