We are in the middle of slamming our pool. We have actual mustard algae. We ran out of R-0870 DPD powder. Shipment delayed. Is there anything we can do? Other then just guess and throw chlorine in pool. We have called all of our local pool stores and only one has a liquid form.

Assuming your CYA is 30 for slam, add 5ppm liquid chlorine per day until the DPD arrives.
