Hello, appreciate any help out there. I just finished vacuuming my pool to waste. Once finished, I put the multivalve port Back on filter settings, yet there is still a steady flow of water coming out of the hose, like I’m on backwash or waste setting. It was working just fine before I vacuumed, not I can’t turn my pump back on, what the heck? Please help! Thank you!

Sounds like your spider gasket is pinched. Hopefully that's all it is and it hasn't ruptured. While we normally recommend turning the MPV in one direction, you might try (with pump off) rotating the valve slowly in each direction. If that doesn't work, you might have to remove those 8 screws and look inside for any obvious damage to the spider gasket (or key diverter assy). If there is damage, maybe you can get away by running the filter on recirculate long enough to do the repair. If not, start increasing the FC low to buy you some time to try and avoid algae.
