Hello all,
I am at a crossroads. I have not had very much support from my PB and my journey has been 90% self taught from this site and from manuals and youtube.
Can someone take a look at these pics and tell me what direction the valves need to be to make everything work properly?
Is it correct that the handle when parallel with the pipe is on, and when perpendicular is off?
Will the SWG work when the Polaris 280 vaccum is running?

The valve on the bottom right of the photo is the two skimmers, the valve to the left of that is the main drain valve (in line with the pump) the valve to the left of that is connected to the Salt cell. My pool builder dumped a bunch of salt into the pool and turned on the SWG via the iaqualink app. The valve on the far left in the photo was perpendicular to the pipe (off was at the 9 o'clock position from the photo perspective) I could not hear flow. After a day I got a message on the iaqualink app that there was a SWG general fault. I turned the valve on the far left to about the 10 o clock position from the photo perspective and I could hear water begin to flow through that pipe. Then I got a "no flow" warning message on the iaqualink app for the SWG.. So i turned the valve back to the way it was (perpendicular to the pipe).. Now I get this message:

I do not have a spa... 1 main pool pump, 1 aux pump for the jandy 280 vaccum the SWG and the filter... simple set up, but I dont know what position to move the valves to make the skimmers, main drain and Swg work properly
HELP
Thanks
