Help understanding Mineral Springs by Bioguard

I've read the manual, but none of these readings look like the salt or temperature. The 79p is where I have the dial set. Pictures below are in order from the dial setting then hitting the button to advance. Any help would be appreciated. I have no idea if my salt level.

You need an independent test kit to confirm salt readings. I don't trust a mechanical device to necessarily be right.

Taylor K-1766 Salt test is what you need.
