I am new here and have a client that we are installing a new heater for, Raypak 404 gas heater. Client wants everything to run through the intelliconnect. PLEASE HELP, I can not get it to control temp or turn on and off.
Help trying to sync an intelliconnect with a raypak 404 heater?

Put an ohmmeter on the two temperature sensor screws and confirm the wires have a solid connection and you read a resistance of around 10K.

Confirm the heater control wires are connected to the Fireman’s Switch and not the 3 wire remote?
Does the heater display “Clock/Fireman Sw” when the fireman’s switch is open?
Does that display change when the IntelliConnect calls for heat?
Confirm you have good connections on the heater control wires?

Disconnect the heater control wire at the IntelliConnect and put your ohmmeter on the screws. When the IntelliConnect calls for heat do you see the relay close and the ohmmeter go from open to 0 ohms?
