HELP! Pool won't hold chlorine!

Test FC and PH once a day, and add chlorine whenever it is most convenient for you. Time of day does not matter a whole lot, so no need to make it inconvenient for you just so you add chlorine at specific time.

For me, I add a dose of 48oz every night and circulate for a couple hours. I do this without testing because I have discovered this is a normal dose for my pool. Each morning, I then test because I am a morning person. If my chlorine isn't high enough from previous nights dose, I add a little more.

So I ran a full battery of tests today. Here are the results;
fc 14 (I know this is still a tad high)
cc 0
ph 7.8 (I know this could be off because of the high fc, but I added some ma anyway)
CYA 70
TA 125 (Based on what I read on this board that is high, but will change with ph right?)
CH 220-240 (Not sure if its when the sample is blue blue or when it is no longer red)

Do the numbers look good? Any and all advice is welcomed!
