HELP! new Pool, Jandy pump won't start!

Today is day ONE for water with my new pool/spa. I can't for the life of me get the darn pump turned on. Here is the troubleshooting I have done.

Power to iAqualink controller YES
Power to Breaker feeding Pump YES 240 Volts
Power to Pump YES 240 Volts
Dip switches at pump are set correctly
RS-485 connector wires in correct order at iAqualink and pump YES
All wires in the RS-485 at the iaqualink and the pump are tight, as is the power wires and the ground.


When I place the iaqualink in service mode and turn on the button I hear the click but the pump won't turn on.

Any help appreciated!

I figured it out with a last ditch call to a pool guy (that I'm not going to use). I had to setup the variable speed pump in the web version of the iaqualink software. problem solved for now, thanks.

Hello, I know this is an old pump but I’m in the same situation. I have a new jandy variable speed pump and it won’t start. It has power and when I hit the button to start the pump I hear a click but pump doesn’t start. Can you help?
