We just had a new vinyl liner installed in April and it is pulling out of the track! We haven't even used the pool yet hardly! Obviously calling the installers tomorrow, but please help me with what should we expect to happen from here.

Odds are, pull it back up into the track. Hard on fingers but can be done. They will likely put a piece of liner lock in there too to help it stay...
Not that big of a deal but it can be aggravating for sure.
They might pour some hot water on the vinyl, or maybe use a hair dryer to head it up a bit to make the vinyl more pliable so they can stretch and pull it up and put it back in there easier.
I ve had to do it to mine a couple of times.

Thanks guys. The pool company came and fixed it today. Your messages eased my mind after seeing it last night.
