help, my T21004R INTERMATIC is losing time

my T21004R INTERMATIC control center's "clock" has started losing about 2 hours / day.

any ideas ?

Bad motor? Perhaps a bad gear? I'd pull it and visually inspect it, but plan on replacing the clock.
