My app recently stopped working with my Dolphin and now it is prompting me to enter the serial number, which it says can be found by removing the filter on the robot. The problem is I can’t find it anywhere and the manual is also no help. Anyone know how to find it? I’ve tried using the serial number on the power source controller but it doesn’t work.

It’s on your documentation (sales receipt). I haven’t looked inside the unit but it might also be on the sticker on the motor.
Try deleting the App and reinstalling it. Then, before you open up the App, turn your Bluetooth off, wait 5 secs, then turn the BT on and reopen the app.
