High spots will make your walls buckle out like that. If its a new issue, the ground could have heaved from winter.

Thank you everyone, it's been gradual for the past couple years getting worse. I ordered the part but prob won't have it for 2-3 days how much water should I put back in to not kill the liner. Got a couple 90 degree days coming up Monday and Tuesday

Can you slip something under that part of the pool and fill the pool back up? Rock and hard place.

I'm trying to slide the block and the old busted plate in there for now. Was gonna try to go a quarter of the way?
That should work. Can you put a tarp over the pool to help protect the liner from the sun?

Welp we're about half full finished it up this morning, what a pita lol. I wound up ordering 2 of the boots from inyopools we were able to shave back a piece of the track on the new boot and slip it in without taking anything else down. There was absolutely no clearance at all where the bottom rails slid into it, without filing it down you woulda had to pull the lower track and wall apart. Cheers everyone and thank you again for all the help!
Oh this is a great post to start my after dinner reading! So is the wall staying "unbent" in that area? Did you get the track back like it belonged?
