Help! Algae SLAM advice

Hello.

Left our pool alone for a few days, came home to a GREEN pool.

Vacuumed it, scrubbed the floor and walls. Here are our current numbers:

FC - 0
CYA - 45
PH - 6.8
TA - 90

Making a trip to get bleach in the morning.

Is there anything else you'd recommend I do BEFORE bleaching the heck out of it?

The most important thing you can do is to NOT bleach the heck out of it.

The proper procedure to tackle a green pool is implementing the SLAM Process and following it entirely to completion.

Green Pool means that you need to SLAM right away. Follow the SLAM process.

Once you complete the SLAM process and you pass the OCLT test, be certain that your FC remains within target level. Note: You can't have a CYA of 45. Scale is logarithmic. So round up. Use CYA of 50. SLAM level of 20. Follow this chart.
