Moved to a new home--has a pool. Inspection met with high remarks. Very excited, but a little overwhelmed now after closing on the house and moving in--will post in a better spot re: conditions upon move in. As for me, used to guard/manage country clubs and Y's--but that was quite some time ago and things are a bit foggy (never had a pool at the house--so that's new). Looks like this pool has a good bit of tech and things like an ozone/UV that I never messed with before; also a cartridge filter vs. sand (that has no backwash, etc. like I was used to messing with in big pump rooms, etc. for large club or Y pools). Reviewing pool docs handed over from previous owner--appears pool & equipment only a couple years old.
