I don't think you'll find much help here on the natural pool side of things. We are all about chlorine in pools. But, it would be interesting to see about building a pool in a container.

Love the idea of using a shipping container, I saw a picture of a pool in one on Pinterest. But that natural pond stuff isn't anything we promote here so we don't really have much information to share on that.
You might find a few folks to ask if you do a search here on TFP for "natural pond" or "natural pool"...and then message the folks who asked and see if they found out or built one yet?
